Hours on the road
Supervisors drive between sites to see what a photo could have shown.
Autonomous BIM inspection
Baufly builds its own inspection drones and the platform behind them. The BIM model decides what to check, the drone flies it, and every photo lands on the element it shows.
01The problem
Supervisors drive between sites to see what a photo could have shown.
Deviations surface days after they happen, when fixing them means rework.
Every visit is documented differently, by a different person, on a different day.
02What we offer
The platform is the brain: it decides what to fly, runs the fleet and owns the data.

03How it works
BIM and the 4D schedule define what should exist this week.
The platform builds a flight mission per element to check.
Our drone flies the route, photographs and measures.
Each image lands on its Revit element ID.
Engineers look only at the deviations.

Nothing flies and no data moves without the platform. It turns the model, the schedule and the site rules into missions, and the missions into evidence for every role.

06Features
Across all modules: roles, permissions, flight logs, EU data hosting.
07The drone
Our own hardware, firmware and software, designed as one system. Target specification for the first generation.

12FAQ
Yes. Hardware, firmware, ground software and platform are developed in-house as one system.
Outdoor first: facades, roofs and structure. GPS-free indoor flight follows in a later phase.
An IFC export from Revit is enough to start. A direct link to Autodesk Construction Cloud is planned.
Pilot flights run in line of sight with certified pilots. Autonomous dock flights follow the EU “Specific” category with a SORA risk assessment.
Faces and people are blurred before any image is stored. The system tracks building elements, not workers.
We propose EU hosting, with the client keeping ownership of project data.
